What is Screen Printing
Screen printing is a timeless craft that allows the transfer of Ink through a stencil via squeegee laying an adequate amount of ink on the garment and or product’s material. Leaving a lasting print.
Colors Offered
Here at KP merch we offer a 4 color max in our screen printing services with a min order of 10 garments per bulk order. Any more colors needed for a design or any quantities less than 10 would be offered in our full color Direct to garment or DTG printing service.
The Inks used in our screen printing service are primarily plastisol and or water based, the array colors offered in bulk orders is at your disposal to make your print come to life. Start a quote or book a call with us
Requirements
Design requirements for a screen printed garment need to be supplied as a vector or as a hi rez image (300 dpi or higher ). If you need help with a design check out our graphic design service
Acceptable formats: AI PDF PNG EPS SVG JPG
Screen Print Areas
Standard Screen print areas for t-shirts are offered in custom bulk orders standard front & back area is 14″x16″. We also offer a oversized print area: 16″x20″ however up charges will be applied.
For sleeve prints our short sleeve standard area is 3.5″x 3.5″ for Long sleeve prints the standard area is 3.5″ 18″. If sleeve and side prints are needed please contact us for pricing.
Wash Etiquette
To keep your your Screen printed Tee looking great we recommend turning your shirt inside out and running it in a a cold wash cycle. Try to avoid tumble drying as well. If you must use lower heat.
