What is Direct to Garment Printing?
Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is a digital printing method where a special industrial printer prints textile inks directly onto the fabric. The inks soak into the fabric leaving a more soft to touch feel. With DTG we are able to print in full color and photorealistic images directly on to a garment. Not only is great full color prints, but there is no minimum order with DTG. We use high-end industry standard Brother DTG printers to print our graphic tees and your designs.
Requirments:
All DTG printing must be done on 100 % cotton garments, or at very least 50% cotton 50% blend. The less cotton the less the vibrancy of the print.
The better the image quality the better the print. We recommend all DTG printing to be done in 300 DPI or better. If you have an image that is low quality, don’t sweat we got you cover just contact us!
DTG Print Areas
Front & Back: 12 x 14″ Oversized: up to 16″ x 18″ *up charge will be applied for oversized prints. Sleeve and side prints contact us for pricing.
Wash Etiquette
To keep your your DTG printed Tee looking great we recommend turning your shirt inside out and running it in a a cold wash cycle. Try to avoid tumble drying as well. If you must use lower heat. Â
