Return Policy

Return Period 

– You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return 

– Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached 

 

Eligible Items 

All t-shirts and garments purchased from www.kpmerch.com are eligible for return or replacement if: 

– They arrive damaged or defective 

– They don’t match the description on our website 

– The wrong size or item was shipped 

– You’re unsatisfied with your purchase 

 

Return Process 

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return

– You will receive return instructions and a return shipping label

– Package the item securely in its original or similar packaging

– Attach the provided shipping label

– Ship the package back to us

 

Refunds and Replacements 

– We will reimburse the full purchase price of the item 

– Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error 

– We will send a replacement item if preferred 

– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return 

 

Return Shipping 

KPMerch will cover the cost of return shipping. 

 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned: 

 – Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery 

– Items without original tags 

– Items marked as final sale or clearance 

 

Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a damaged or defective item: 

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  2. We will process a replacement or refund promptly
  3. You will not be responsible for return shipping in these cases

 

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item: 

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
